Cybersecurity Analyst (R1-R4)

Cybersecurity Analyst (R1-R4) Identify, assess, develop, and implement solutions to reduce cybersecurity threats. Monitor cyber vulnerabilities and risks to ensure proper management. Track metrics related to cybersecurity mitigation efforts. Prepare reports on effectiveness of threat mitigation strategies and ongoing risk reduction. Support project alignment across security, technology, and engineering teams. Assist with integration of cybersecurity protocols into technology lifecycles. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a closely related technical field. Minimum 1 year of experience analyzing cybersecurity operations. Minimum 1 year of experience with security control technologies including firewalls, encryption, identity and access management (IAM), security information and event management (SIEM), and data loss prevention (DLP). Minimum 1 year of experience with security automation tools. Minimum 1 year of experience with vulnerability management processes. Minimum 1 year of experience with cloud security approaches and systems hardening and configuration. Location Indianapolis, IN. Part‑time telecommuting permitted. Compensation Anticipated wage: $61,651.00 – $103,500.00 per year. Full‑time employees eligible for company bonus depending on performance.
