Position – Brake Press Operator

Job Location – Milwaukee, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm)

Starting Pay – $22-$26 an hour - depending on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 3 years of experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Brake Press set-up/operator to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for a stable, long-term role with a consistent five day work week. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with set-up/operating and a commitment to maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.

• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor brake press machines to ensure production targets are met.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance to keep equipment in top condition and reduce downtime.
• Efficiency: Work at a steady pace in a busy environment to meet daily output goals.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and proper lifting techniques.
