What to expect in this role on a given day:

You will bring your ability to research and strong attention to detail to this role that works closely with our amazing internal & external customers. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate with the legal department preparing the documentation for renewing contracts
• Prepare payoff quotes for individual contracts, process signed documents, and coordinate with other departments for processing
• Handle communication between internal departments for leases and sales
• Schedule return shipments
• Reconcile returned equipment against lease
• Reconcile inventory reports
• Review warehousing payoff quotes

You will be a good fit for this position if you:

• Have 2+ years of accounting/business experience or equivalent college coursework
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Have an understanding of accounting functions (Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable)
• Have experience working in a corporate environment that can be fast paced
• Salesforce experience is a bonus
