Senior Process Engineer/Business Development Leader

Responsibilities Lead the Business Development Program Help with client development and project positioning as senior process engineering advisor Collaborate and interact with the Business Development Teams Collaborate and interact with the Industrial Water Process engineering team in pursuit of business opportunities Assist with development of project approaches and scope of work Collaborate and interact with the Project Directors and the Project Managers Participate in process engineering activities (engineering procedures, engineering standards, engineering tools, and engineering guidelines) Work on strategic projects as SME or technical advisor Provide technical leadership for front‑end oriented projects, including business case studies and DBMs Coach and mentor staff on technical issues and consulting best practices (systems thinking) Assist with the delivery of process engineering technologies Review process engineering deliverables Project delivery, in particular delivery of process engineering services Lead the front‑end of a project in terms of process engineering Provide independent technical review services to the process engineering team when requested Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field 10 years of related experience Minimum of 5 years of project management experience Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software Strong organizational, project management and communication skills (both written and verbal) Commitment to being an active participant of an employee‑owned culture Benefits We provide a comprehensive benefits package that promotes employee ownership, employee health, performance, and success, including medical, dental, vision, short and long‑term disability, life insurance, an employee assistance program, paid time away, parental leave, paid holidays, a retirement savings plan with employer match, employee referral bonus and tuition reimbursement.
