Urgently Hiring a General Laborer in May's Landing, NJ!

We are seeking a reliable General Laborer to support daily yard operations, housekeeping, and material handling. This role plays an important part in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient outdoor work environment while assisting customers and supporting vehicle drainage processes.

Shift & Pay:

Pay: $18-20 an hour based on experience

Monday–Friday: 7:30AM – 4:30PM

Some Saturdays: 8AM – 12PM

Note: Extended hours required on the last day of each month

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily housekeeping duties including sweeping work areas and cleaning bathrooms
• Palletize, shrink wrap, and move batteries and other materials
• Assemble Gaylord boxes as needed
• Assist with vehicle drainage processes, including training on SEDA
• Support yard operations by moving recycled materials
• Assist customers with material drop-offs and general inquiries

Required Skills & Abilities:

• 1+ years experience with general labor, material handling, and some housekeeping
• Comfortable performing physical labor in an outdoor environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with team assistance
• Willingness to perform a variety of general labor tasks as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mays Landing, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
