About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Engineering to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and evolution. The successful candidate will be a senior organizational leader and strategic partner, working closely with the Head of Engineering and the Engineering Leadership Team. This role is focused on shaping the operational and decision-making processes within the engineering division, driving impact through influence, collaboration, and organizational insight. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for owning key operational rhythms, tackling ambiguous challenges, and designing plans for cross-functional execution. A key aspect of the role is to bring innovative thinking and leverage modern tools, including AI, to enhance the department's efficiency and effectiveness. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' of related professional experience, with a direct background in engineering, engineering management, or technical program leadership within a software organization. The role requires a proven track record of serving as a strategic partner or Chief of Staff to a senior technical executive, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and create alignment across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a history of diagnosing and solving organizational problems, be adept at navigating fast-moving environments, and have a strong ability to translate company and technology strategy into clear organizational priorities. While not mandatory, experience in a high-growth technology company, particularly within healthcare technology or a complex industry, is preferred.
