Sr. Oncology Sales Representative - Chicago North

Overview Our Sales team supports customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, and clinical training programs. The Oncology Sales Specialist is a field-based position covering the Chicago North territory. The selected candidate must reside within the territory and will travel up to 25% of the time. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product value, contrast and compare our brand with competitors, and position products in informed discussions with healthcare professionals. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, meeting key personnel to understand practice structure and key influencers. Possess knowledge of cancer staging, treatment options, and dosing schedules for various tumors/diseases and understand the impact on patients. Understand and use clinical trials in multiple tumor types/therapies and their impact on promoted products. Analyze and identify trends in the complex buying environment, including drug distribution channels and hospital contracts. Develop short-and long-term account plans with the Customer Team Leader and other stakeholders. Share learnings and best-practices from one customer to help others meet their needs. Ask strategic, insightful questions to obtain customer needs and collaborate with stakeholders on a customized strategy. Collaborate with the extended in-scope customer team to ensure a consistent customer experience across divisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of sales experience, OR high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience. At least 2 years of oncology field sales experience. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive; overnight travel of up to 25% required. Documented history of strong performance in a sales, marketing, or oncology clinical role. Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors (Breast, Ovarian, and Cervical). Benefits & Compensation The salary range for this role is $156,900.00 - $247,000.00. The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable.
