Production Helper

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in solar technology, is seeking a dedicated Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: New Iberia, LA

Pay Range: $16

Shift: 7pm-7am, Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and required production rates are achieved.
• Load, unload, inspect, and handle solar modules and production materials.
• Respond to equipment alarms and escalate issues when necessary.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.
• Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills are a plus.
• Good communication skills for shift transitions and reporting.
• Must pass a background check as part of the credential requirements.
