Plant Controller

Compensation: $ 160,000 - 190,000 annually, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Plant Accountant to join their team! Join a dynamic team as a Plant Accountant in a leading manufacturing environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial operations and provide strategic insights to enhance plant performance. The position is based on-site, ensuring close collaboration with plant leadership to drive financial excellence. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Serve as the primary finance partner to plant leadership Own plant forecasting and budgeting processes Deliver performance management and variance analysis Develop and maintain plant KPI dashboards Strengthen plant costing mechanics and margin visibility Support plant inventory performance and working-capital drivers Provide finance support for plant capex planning and reporting Lead cost reduction programs and engage with production teams Ensure finance processes are SOX-compliant Lead and develop a small plant finance team Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline 8+ years of experience in manufacturing finance or related roles Experience with plant costing and standard cost governance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Nice to Have Skills & Experience: SAP proficiency (FI/CO and/or manufacturing-related modules) MBA, CPA, or CMA certification Experience with digital reporting tools and BI tools This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
