Director of Information Technology

Responsibilities

I am looking for a Senior IT Director to oversee enterprise-wide infrastructure, cloud platforms, service delivery, network operations, identity management, cybersecurity alignment, and end-user technologies, vendor management, across a complex manufacturing environment.

This individual will lead the strategy, architecture, operations, and modernization of a hybrid IT ecosystem spanning on-prem data centers, cloud platforms, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and corporate locations.

The ideal candidate is coming with a Director title and tenured, large scale manufacturing experience, combined with deep technical expertise, executive leadership experience and a strong background supporting manufacturing operations, ERP systems, OT integrations, and business-critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Business
• 10+ years of IT Infrastructure leadership
• Exceptional business acumen and sound financial acumen
• 5-7+ years as a Director with experience leading Infrastructure, Operations, or Service Delivery teams
• Extensive Manufacturing, Industrial, Distribution, Supply Chain, or Engineering environments
• Hybrid Infrastructure (On-Prem + Cloud)
• Data Center Operations
• IT Service Management (ITIL)
• Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
• Infrastructure Modernization Initiatives
