Position Summary Drive Growth. Win Big. Make an Impact. Securis is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to help expand our presence throughout the Southeast. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and closing complex deals within enterprise-level organizations. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in helping Securis achieve our ambitious goal of $25 million in revenue by identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering secure IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and electronics recycling solutions to clients in the healthcare, finance, and technology sectors. This hybrid remote role requires travel throughout your territory, as well as periodic visits to our recycling facility in Greensboro, North Carolina, and our corporate headquarters in Chantilly, Virginia. What You Will Do Develop and grow new business opportunities throughout the Southeast region Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, including healthcare, finance, and technology organizations Understand Securis’ internal capabilities and align solutions to client needs Present Securis’ services and solutions to key decision-makers both virtually and in person Generate opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts to grow and manage your sales pipeline Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand market presence and customer relationships Establish relationships with IT resellers, brokers, and co-location facilities to identify equipment refresh opportunities Convert marketing-generated leads into qualified business opportunities Differentiate Securis through our secure data destruction processes, operational excellence, and accurate inventory reporting Collaborate closely with operations and electronics resale teams to ensure exceptional client experiences Share market insights and customer feedback to help refine sales strategy, marketing initiatives, and operational capabilities Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs What You Will Bring Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral, written, and electronic) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to thrive in a focused, structured sales territory environment Persistence, professionalism, and a strong desire to win Knowledge of the electronics industry, including end-user and data center equipment, preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Your Background 5+ years of B2B sales experience required Experience selling into healthcare, finance, and technology organizations preferred Proven track record of quota attainment and sales success Experience selling to IT decision-makers preferred Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Workspace, and similar sales tools Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance 401(k) Plan Value Sharing Plan Three (3) weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) Join Our Team If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and creating long-term value for clients, this is an opportunity to grow your sales career while making a meaningful impact.
