Operations Manager 2nd Shift

Position: Operations Manager 2nd Shift Shuttle Location: Lincoln, AL. Schedule: 2nd Shift. Position Summary The Operations Manager will report directly to the Site Manager providing complete management oversight for assigned areas of responsibility such as interviewing and hiring applicants, training new hires, daily planning, safety meetings, directing workflow. You will provide leadership and management oversight for the PPO/Install department. You will ensure site compliance with Safety, SOP, and customer requirements. Areas of Responsibility Comply with all industry, customer, and company safety regulations and operating procedures. Exercise discretion and independent judgment regarding matters of significance within the scope of duties, including but not limited to hiring, firing, promotions, or changes in employee status. Ensure compliance with all applicable Company, Customer, OSHA, EPA, FRA, and DOT regulations by performing key audits and/or relevant inspections (e.g., AAR, ISA, ISO). Ensure all associates understand and comply with applicable customer and company work instructions, quality procedures, and site SOPs. Continuously seek and document methods for improving service quality and operational efficiency. What's Required High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. Valid state driver's license. Supervisory experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Teamwork, can‑do attitude, and willingness to learn. Safety‑first mentality.
