Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each student’s mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans aimed at supporting students’ emotional and academic success.

• Facilitate psychoeducation programs and support groups tailored to the needs of students and their families.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, ensuring student safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to expand access to mental health services, reaching students in various settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Social Worker in our school-based program, you will work with a diverse population of students, ranging from young children to adolescents, who may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and academic stress. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
