As a member of our hospice team, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and chaplains, ensuring a holistic approach to client care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, employing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Provide compassionate counseling and support, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in both individual and group sessions.

• Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate access to essential resources, including housing, financial support, and additional mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
