Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients facing a variety of behavioral health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive function challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals and therapeutic progress, while incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Engage in continuous learning to remain up-to-date with advancements in behavioral health practices and integrate relevant changes into client care.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals—including psychologists, addiction specialists, and clinical interns—to provide integrated support services for clients.

• Facilitate client referrals to additional support resources as necessary, including community services, substance abuse programs, or outpatient services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this role includes teenagers and young adults undergoing detox and facing behavioral health challenges. You will engage with clients at varying stages of their recovery journey, ensuring they receive tailored support to navigate their emotional and psychological hurdles during this critical time.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Must possess current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
