This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and supportive team. As an integral member of our detox center, you will utilize technology for client interactions, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure the delivery of cohesive patient care.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and develop safety plans to address urgent needs of clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client interactions and treatment summaries are recorded appropriately.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote shared learning and community healing.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will work with clients of all ages, providing empathetic support and professional guidance to help them navigate their mental health journeys.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A strong understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches relevant to outpatient mental health.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient clinical setting.

• Experience working in detox or substance use treatment settings is a plus.
