Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, understanding their strengths, and identifying their needs and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include clear goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, performing risk assessments, and developing safety plans as required to support client safety and well-being.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that encourage community and resilience among participants.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
