Work Environment\n

This position will be conducted in a remote setting, allowing flexibility for clinicians while fostering a collaborative environment through digital communication tools. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to offering a range of mental health services in an outpatient office atmosphere. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, conducting both in-office and community-based interventions for individuals experiencing significant mental health issues or emotional disorders.

• Manage a caseload effectively, offering therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy while tracking progress towards treatment goals.

• Conduct safety evaluations, identifying and addressing potential risks and ensuring a secure environment for clients.

• Complete required documentation and reporting in a timely manner to support organizational objectives and compliance.

• Engage in on-call duties to provide support outside of regular hours as needed, demonstrating commitment to client well-being.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development committees aimed at enhancing service delivery.

This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse client population within underserved communities in San Antonio, Texas. You will work with individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, each facing unique challenges related to mental health. By understanding their distinct experiences, you will provide tailored support that promotes empowerment and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Licensure: Current LCSW certification in Texas is mandatory.

• Expertise in mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment methodologies, with a strong emphasis on crisis intervention.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage caseloads efficiently while meeting treatment goals.

• Competency in addressing age-related or specific client issues and recognizing developmental needs for various populations served.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with clients in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
