Assistant General Manager Scratch Kitchen | Food-Driven Culture

Were looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager who is passionate about food, thrives in a scratch kitchen environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience from the kitchen to the table.

In this role, youll partner with the General Manager to lead the restaurant with a strong focus on food quality, team development, and creating an experience that guests can taste and feel.

This is an opportunity for someone who understands that great hospitality starts with great food.

What Youll Do

Own the Food Experience

Be a champion of food quality, consistency, and presentation. Work closely with the kitchen to ensure every dish meets high standards and reflects the integrity of a scratch kitchen.

Lead from the Floor and the Line

Operate with a hands-on approachsupporting both front and back of house to ensure seamless execution and a consistent guest experience.

Deliver Memorable Guest Experiences

Engage with guests, gather feedback, and ensure every visit exceeds expectations. Take pride in creating experiences that keep guests coming back.

Develop and Inspire the Team

Coach and support both culinary and service teams. Help build a culture focused on accountability, pride in the product, and continuous growth.

Drive Daily Operations

Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including service execution, cleanliness, and efficiency, while maintaining high standards across the board.

Support Financial Performance

Help manage labor, food cost, and overall performance by making smart, quality-focused decisions that support long-term success.

• 24+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
• Passion for food quality, scratch kitchens, and the guest dining experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams
• Solid understanding of both front and back of house operations
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence in operations
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
