Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments via telehealth to accurately identify co-occurring mental health disorders and assess individualized treatment requirements.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that address addiction-related issues, trauma, and broader mental health concerns.

• Monitor, document, and evaluate clients’ progress throughout their treatment plans, adapting approaches as necessary to align with their evolving needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists—to provide well-rounded, holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on relevant mental health and addiction topics, strategies for recovery, and resources available for ongoing support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
