Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs and diagnose emotional disorders, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that include both therapeutic strategies and coping mechanisms.

• Complete mandated continuing education courses to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and stay abreast of best practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
