Regional Director of Business Development

Regional Director of Business Development Location: Oklahoma Salary: $120K to $140K (based on experience) Qualifications: MUST have 2-3 years of experience in skilled nursing or long term care business development Proven track record of driving census growth and building referral pipelines Experience leading and developing high-performing teams Strong relationships within the Oklahoma healthcare market Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to travel regularly throughout the region Responsibilities: Lead and execute business development strategy across the Oklahoma market Drive census growth and referral development across multiple skilled nursing facilities Build and maintain executive-level relationships with hospitals, health systems, and key referral sources Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and referral data to identify growth opportunities Partner closely with Regional Operations, Clinical, and Admissions teams to align on performance goals Support new facility integrations, program development, and service line expansion Maintain a strong presence in the field, including hospital visits and partnership meetings
