Receiving & Inventory Assistant

• Location: Cambria, WI
• Full time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
• Compensation: $22-$25 per hour

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Didion is looking for a Receiving & Inventory Assistant to help ensure materials, parts, and supplies are received accurately, stored efficiently, and available when our operations team needs them.

In this role, you'll work closely with Procurement, Reliability, and Operations teams to support inventory accuracy, material flow, and operational readiness across our facilities.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and deliveries
• Match deliveries to purchase orders and report discrepancies
• Organize and maintain stockrooms, receiving areas, and storage locations
• Notify departments when materials arrive and are ready for pickup
• Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Pull and kit parts for maintenance and reliability work orders
• Maintain inventory records in our CMMS system
• Monitor inventory levels and help identify replenishment needs
• Support procurement activities as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of warehouse, receiving, inventory, or related experience preferred
• Ability to operate a forklift or complete required training
• Basic computer skills and experience working with inventory systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable team player with a commitment to safety and accuracy
