ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations and strategic direction of our Leesburg office.
Mentor and coach a team of insurance professionals to reach their personal and professional goals.
Foster a supportive and productive office culture where people feel valued and empowered.
Monitor key performance indicators to ensure we are hitting our service and growth targets.
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with local business leaders and community members.
Develop and implement sales strategies that reflect the needs of our unique client base.
RequirementsActive Virginia Property & Casualty license.
Proven track record of success in insurance sales or agency management.
Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
Deep understanding of the local Leesburg market and insurance landscape.
Experience with agency management systems and performance tracking software.
$17 - $27.75 per hour
