Data Reporting Analyst

Location: Glendale, AZ (Onsite Monday-Friday, normal business hours) Position Summary The DSI – Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for the development, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of operational reporting, analytics, dashboards, and performance measurement solutions This role serves as the primary reporting and analytics resource within the Digital Systems Integration organization, responsible for transforming operational data into meaningful business insights that support decision-making across Manufacturing, Training, Warehouse Operations, Facilities Operations, Maintenance Operations, and Program Leadership. This role establishes and maintains the program's reporting framework, supports KPI/SLA/OKR performance management, and enables data-driven governance through the development and administration of dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, and analytics solutions. The position plays a critical role in creating a centralized source of truth for operational performance while supporting the transition from program mobilization through operational ramp and long-term optimization. Qualifications: 3–7+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, operational analysis, business analysis, or program reporting Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial operations, logistics, engineering programs, data center operations, or enterprise business functions Strong understanding of: Data governance Operational analytics Advanced proficiency with: Microsoft Excel Power BI Power Query PowerPoint SharePoint Experience supporting: Data Center Manufacturing Semiconductor Manufacturing Advanced Manufacturing Warehouse & Logistics Operations Enterprise Transformation Programs Greenfield Facility Launches Experience with: Power BI Administration SQL Power Automate Lean Six Sigma, Microsoft Power BI certifications, PMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, CBIP, or related certifications are highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
