HR Generalist - Recruiter

Recruit job applicants to fill hourly, classified, professional, and technical job openings Source potential candidates from various online channels Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Review resumes/applications and interview candidates for all open positions Match staff with existing client needs Maintain a database to track applicants and staff placement on cases Attend college and community job fairs to fill the recruitment pipeline Perform educational credentialing to verify application materials Conduct new hire sign-in and orient new staff to organizational policies and procedures Maintain employee recognition programs Collect and analyze hiring data to ensure compliance with employment laws Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Requirements Must have at least 1 year of related recruitment experience Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Experience with sourcing techniques Understanding of referral programs Strong organizational approach with attention to detail Solid verbal and written communication skills Sound judgement ​Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance PA Department of Education FBI Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining compliance with employment laws.
