Mechanical Engineer - MEP Design

Location: Middletown, CT

We're seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a collaborative MEP consulting team designing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for healthcare, education, commercial, and institutional projects.

• Design HVAC, chilled water, hot water, and fire protection systems.
• Develop construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and CAD staff throughout project delivery.
• Apply building codes and engineering standards to project designs.
• Support project coordination, design reviews, and technical documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of MEP design experience.
• Experience with HVAC and building systems design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction documentation.
• EIT or PE license is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, NY.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
