What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments
• Build rapport and uncover customers' needs
• Present customized bath and shower remodeling solutions
• Represent a premium product backed by a nationally recognized brand
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused sales experience
• Confidently ask for the sale and earn based on your results

No cold calling. No door knocking. No prospecting.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence presenting solutions and asking for the sale
• Self-motivated professionals who are driven by results
• Individuals who take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Previous in-home sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
