In this position, your craftsmanship and focus will directly support products that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.What You’ll Do Every DayAs an Assembler, you’ll work in a cleanroom environment where precision and consistency matter:Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standardsSet up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipmentUse microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate partsFollow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelersRecord, analyze, and report production and quality dataMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient work areaComply with all safety rules and cleanroom protocolsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productionSupport the Operating System and site operational goalsWhat You Must HaveEnglish fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)Computer literacy1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred)Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment, including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti-static braceletComfort using a microscope for hours at a timeStrong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterityWhat We Value (Preferred Qualifications)Experience using precision hand toolsAbility to read blueprints, travelers, or technical documentationTroubleshooting skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentCompensation & Bonus:Pay Rate: $28.19/hour & $42.19/OTSubco Bonus Program – Earn up to $3,000!$1,000 at 30 days$1,000 at 60 days$1,000 at 90 daysTotal potential bonus: $3,000ShiftD Shift (3x12 Nights)Friday – Sunday | 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM$28.19/hr | $42.98 OTRequirementsAbility to pass a drug test including for THC/ Background checkMust be able to provide current non-expired documents of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Persons or U.S. Resident.Ready to Build the Future of Aerospace?If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to contribute to world-class aerospace manufacturing, we want to hear from you.
