Previous Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment – a plus, NOT a must. What You’ll Do In The Role Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy. Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring Players have what they need. Assist in preparing non‑alcoholic beverages and maintain clean, stocked service areas. Bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards. Support teammates by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or cleaning common areas. Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following safety and sanitation standards. Live Topgolf core values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, Caring—every day. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 lbs. Stand on your feet for most of the shift, walking throughout the day. Perform active tasks involving bending, stooping, carrying.
