Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist for Home Care Services

Position Overview

Progressive Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity in Marco Island, Florida. This role requires a skilled professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and is committed to achieving tangible outcomes for patients. As a member of our team, you will work Monday through Friday or enjoy the flexibility of four 10-hour shifts, depending on your scheduling preference.

Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, delivering care directly within the home settings of our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients to assess their physical function and develop personalized treatment plans that meet their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement targeted therapy sessions that integrate modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and activity-oriented interventions based on clinical findings.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physicians, and nutritionists, to formulate comprehensive care strategies and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care, tracking progress and outcomes to refine treatment plans and enhance clinical effectiveness.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment methods and strategies to promote adherence and empower autonomy in their rehabilitation journey.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute ideas based on evidence and clinical best practices to foster organizational growth.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, encompassing a range of ages and conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active Florida Physical Therapist license or the ability to obtain this credential.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
