Talent Acquisition Manager

Summary The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full-cycle recruiting for the Rochambeau Ranch Atelier in Alvarado, Texas, supporting both hourly and salaried manufacturing roles. This role partners closely with operations leadership to develop workforce plans, build strong talent pipelines, and execute high-volume sourcing strategies. The position requires a hands‑on approach, strong stakeholder management, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to engage candidates and employees effectively. Responsibilities Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management for hourly and salaried positions. Partner with operations on workforce planning and staffing to align hiring with production demand. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines for critical and high-volume roles. Maintain a strong presence on the workshop floor to strengthen engagement with hiring managers and candidates. Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring timely communication and consistency. Track and report recruitment metrics such as time to fill, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rates. Collaborate with external recruiting sources, agencies, and community partners as needed. Requirements 5+ years of recruiting experience. Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
