Role Description
Desde Rehire acompañamos a una empresa en crecimiento en la búsqueda de un Senior Performance Paid Media, un rol estratégico y operativo enfocado en la planificación, ejecución y optimización de campañas digitales para múltiples clientes y canales.
Buscamos un perfil senior con experiencia en agencias, capaz de diseñar estrategias desde cero, liderar equipos, presentar resultados a clientes y detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a través de iniciativas de crecimiento y expansión comercial.
- Diseñar, implementar y optimizar estrategias de performance marketing para distintos clientes y verticales.
- Gestionar campañas en Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads y otras plataformas digitales.
- Analizar métricas, identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer acciones concretas para maximizar resultados.
- Elaborar reportes de performance y presentar resultados a clientes.
- Liderar reuniones, presentaciones y pitches comerciales.
- Detectar oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling dentro de las cuentas asignadas.
- Supervisar y acompañar el trabajo de dos integrantes del equipo.
- Colaborar con áreas de contenido, diseño, ecommerce y tecnología para garantizar la correcta ejecución de las estrategias.
- Participar activamente en la definición de nuevos procesos, herramientas y automatizaciones.
Qualifications
- Experiencia senior en agencias de marketing digital o performance marketing.
- Experiencia liderando equipos (mínimo 2 personas a cargo).
- Experiencia gestionando campañas en Google Ads, Meta Ads y TikTok Ads.
- Conocimiento de Pinterest Ads (deseable).
- Conocimiento de LinkedIn Ads (muy valorado).
- Capacidad para diseñar estrategias de adquisición y crecimiento desde cero.
- Experiencia construyendo reportes, dashboards y análisis de performance.
- Experiencia presentando resultados y recomendaciones a clientes.
- Experiencia identificando oportunidades de upselling y crecimiento de cuentas.
- Conocimiento de ecommerce y marketplaces como Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon y Mercado Libre.
- Conocimiento de plataformas de delivery como Uber Eats, Rappi, DoorDash, Rush o similares.
Requirements
- Modalidad contractor: 100% remoto.
- Horario laboral: lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a 18:00 hs (GMT-6).
