Senior Sustaining Projects Manager - Cost Savings Lead

Becton Dickinson

BD seeks a Senior Manager, Sustaining Project Management to drive GP improvements and year-over-year cost savings within the UCC portfolio. You will lead cross-functional programs from idea to budgeting, execution, and savings, serving as the CTW program lead. You will mentor portfolio analysts and PMs, promote PM best practices, and leverage AI to improve efficiency while collaborating with plant finance and senior leaders to align priorities and mitigate risks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
