As Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations while contributing technical expertise to projects that enhance public health, environmental stewardship, and community resilience.What You'll Do:Manage water/wastewater projects from development of project proposals through completion, providing environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutionsOversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationshipsCoordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractorsLead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operationsDevelop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management PlanCommunicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projectsWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering requiredMinimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required, including 2 years of project management experience Professional Engineer (PE) license requiredProven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasksAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft OfficeStrong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering lawsStrong leadership, organization, and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of Deltek Vision preferredParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred Why You'll Love It Here:Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects that support public health, environmental stewardship, and the long-term success of growing communitiesWork directly with municipalities and public-sector clients, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle of impactful infrastructure projectsCurious about the impactful work our Water team is doing? Salary Range:$94,000 - $117,000Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
