To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

· Provide performance feedback and leadership of all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action when situations dictate.

· Ensure accountability and discipline when necessary.

· Communicate effectively at all levels and departments.

· Maintain maximum levels of equipment utilization and efficiency to meet production requirements.

· Manage the plant preventive maintenance program.

This full-time salary role is a part of our maintenance team and reports to the maintenance manager.

Required experience:

· Minimum of two (2) years as a Skilled Trades Maintenance Supervisor.

· Knowledge of manufacturing, stamping, and/or assembly processes as required for the position.

· Knowledge of Fanuc robotics repairs in a manufacturing environment.

· High voltage electrical repair experience preferred.

· Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to mentor and teach the team in effective problem-solving methods.
