Welding Technician I

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Welding Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting production through welding, fabrication, and equipment maintenance activities. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with MIG/TIG welding and metal cutting tools, along with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding to repair or fabricate production fixtures and componenets
• Operate plasma cutters and oxy-acetylene torches safely and effectively
• Repair and modify transmission cases and related components
• Support the maintenance team with special projects and equipment needs
• Assemble fixtures and components using hand and power tools
• Provide timely support to production lines requiring tool or fixture repair
• Identify and isolate non-conforming products
• Properly and safely load and unload machinery
• Maintain accurate daily production records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs

Qualifications:

• Experience with MIG/TIG welding, plasma cutting, and acetylene torch operation
• Proficient in using a wide range of hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, prints, and hand sketches
• Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented with the ability to support leadership and collaborate effectively
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk and reach for 8+ hours per shift
• Flexibility to work any shift, including overtime as needed
