Responsible for planning, design, implementation, documentation, maintenance and support of the Point of Care Testing (POCT) systems throughout the HVPS sites. These tasks are performed through testing analysis skills and tools and regulatory standards and good lab practice. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication and creativity skills in providing the necessary support.QualificationsAS Required4-6 years 4 years of relevant experience in clinical laboratory. Strong communication and problem-solving skills required; prior training experience preferred.Ability to read, write and communicate in English. (High proficiency)NYSDOH licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Medical Technologist) preferred. ASCP or other point of care certification preferred.
