Analyze annual budgets and monthly/quarterly performance reports, providing strategic insights and recommendations. Champion compliance with company policies, quality management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, while fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.
