Role Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time
• Review and audit timecards, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll questions
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure smooth payroll operations

Employee Prerequisites:

• 2+ years of full-cycle payroll experience required
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, garnishments, and deductions
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems and Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus
