What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care including routine low-risk pregnancies and some high-risk cases
• Perform obstetric ultrasounds (Level I and screening) and fetal monitoring (NSTs, CSTs, FSE)
• Manage labor and delivery, including vaginal births, C-sections, and complicated deliveries (breech, multiple gestation)
• Perform gynecological procedures such as IUD insertions, colposcopy, LEEP, cystoscopy, and minor surgeries
• Collaborate with a team of doctors, midwives, and support staff
• Document patient care accurately using the Epic EMR system
• Participate in on-call rotations and handle emergent obstetric cases

What You Need
Required:

• Virginia medical license or ability to obtain one
• MD or DO degree with OB/GYN specialty certification or eligibility
• At least 2 years of OB/GYN clinical experience
• Current BLS certification

Preferred:

• Experience with obstetric ultrasounds and high-volume practice
• Comfortable with outpatient and inpatient settings, including labor & delivery
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
