Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative

Vimo is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative in Las Cruces, NM. The role is full‑time and seasonal, with hourly pay between $19.00 and $20.50 and performance‑based incentives. The position supports Vimo’s mission to simplify health insurance enrollment for consumers across the United States.

Requirements

• Age 18 or older
• Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days
• Maintain a private, dedicated, and secure workspace
• Use a personal device with a functioning camera during the training period
• Attend the paid 3‑week training program in full
• Provide a wired Ethernet connection with a minimum speed of 100 mb/s (no mobile or Wi‑Fi internet)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Deliver the highest level of customer service consistently
• Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
• Perform application data entry
• Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
• Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
• Apply creative problem‑solving skills
• Adapt to changing projects and updates
• Manage time and task priorities, multitasking as needed
• Complete required training, testing, and certifications
• Adhere to regulated communication guidelines across all channels
