Funding Coordinator (Entry-Level, Remote)
Work hours: 11am-8pm PST
About the Role: We're seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (English & Spanish) Funding Coordinator to join our client-focused team. This is a virtual, entry-level position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing processes with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage funding applications and approval workflows from start to finish.
- Coordinate with case managers at law firms and clients to collect required documentation.
- Ensure all contracts and forms are completed accurately and processed promptly.
- Perform light administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
- Maintain clear communication and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
- Excellent communication skills (professional and client-friendly).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) – required.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools (e.g., DocuSign, email platforms)
