Field Training Lead - Market Access & Reimbursement

$100 - $113.12 per hour

We are currently seeking a Field Training Lead - Market Access & Reimbursement for a prominent client of ours. This position is remote. Details for the position are as follows:


Job Description:

  • Pay: $100 - 113.12/hr (W2)
  • 7-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and business need.
  • Remote role with an expectation of attending onsite meetings in Cambridge, MA, and up to 20% travel.
  • You will support the Commercial Learning & Development function by designing and delivering impactful training programs focused on Market Access & Reimbursement (MA&R) and Key Account Management teams
  • Deliver foundational and advanced training sessions to commercial field teams, supporting launch readiness and field execution initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning priorities and implement scalable training solutions aligned with commercialization strategies and evolving payer/access needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with US Commercial Learning, global commercial teams, and external partners to align training plans with product timelines and access milestones
  • Serve as a key point of contact for training coordination, stakeholder alignment, agency communication, and learning execution activities
  • Assess field capability gaps and translate business needs into actionable training strategies that improve team effectiveness and performance outcomes
  • Manage training delivery timelines, operational execution, logistics, SOP compliance, and facilitate at least one in-person training session during the contract period

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 - 5 years of training experience within pharma or biotech required
  • 7 - 10 years of commercial pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience required, ideally within Market Access, Payer, Reimbursement, or Key Account Management functions
  • Experience with strategic learning execution, launch readiness training, and field enablement required
  • Strong stakeholder management, executive presence, and communication skills required
  • Ability to work effectively within matrixed organizations and lead through change and ambiguity required
  • MBA preferred
  • Rare disease or specialty therapeutics experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Field Access Portals or market access systems preferred
  • Adult learning and global commercial training integration experience preferred
