Well established consumer products manufacturer building a new plant in Defiance OH and looking for a Business Unit Leader to manage a large group of people in production over multiple shifts. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and converting experience to be considered. Paper converting ideal but must have converting experience. Strong production management experience preferably out f consumer products or high speed manufacturing. Must have experience managing a large group of people and be a strong, hands on leader who knows how to coach, mentor, and develop people. Project management, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience necessary. SAP experience a plus.
