In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor clients rely on to protect what matters most. You'll guide them through personalized insurance solutions, build lasting relationships, and generate new business through proactive outreach and referrals.

Drive new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement.

Build trust with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.

Educate clients on coverage options so they feel confident and protected.

Foster long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

Uphold ethics and integrity by maintaining transparency, professionalism, and a client-first approach in every interaction.

Requirements

Strong background in sales.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Growth mindset, driven in nature, and a desire to consistently learn.
Commitment to doing the right thing.
Insurance licensed in Alabama or willingness to obtain certification.
