The Salary Range starts at $120K and is adjusted based on experience and previous work job history. Worked on Projects exceeding $50M and managed several Subcontractors will weigh on the salary adjustments. Project Engineers with MEP and interior buildout backgrounds expeereince is needed.


The role of a Project Engineer is to support the Project Manager and be responsible for the oversight of the specific discipline of Exterior Enclosure and/or Interior Build Out of the new 20,000 seat Soccer Stadium construction work, including organizing the daily reports and three weeks look ahead schedules, material verifications, and various Time and Material documents supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent.


Project Engineer Responsibilities


Coordinate as required by the PM with the project architects, consultants, owners, and field personnel, Safety Manager for the specific scope discipline.


Proficient in all aspects of Procore. Working knowledge of Bluebeam and all Microsoft Suite Software.


Responsible for generating Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals and tracking to resolution and closure for the assigned discipline scope of work.


Periodic Inspect the work scope disciplines to assure compliance with plans and specifications.


Offer technical information to Subcontractors to ensure work complies with applicable codes, drawings, and specifications.


Have a general understanding of project budget and assist with Change Orders.


Monitor and track project quality control metrics and activities on a regular basis, provide timely and accurate Procore reports, and raise issues to PM or Superintendent as appropriate.


Generate project punch list and closeout documentation
