Mandarin-English Contact Center Specialist — Life Insurance
National Life Group
National Life Group is seeking a bilingual Mandarin-English candidate for a Contact Center Service Specialist. This onsite role trains to assist customers across America with life and annuity policies, providing information, solving issues, and collaborating with a team. The schedule runs 8am-7pm ET, four onsite days per week, with core days Monday-Thursday. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
