Inception Partner Manager - Public Sector, Energy, and CAE

NVIDIA Inception, a global program supporting AI and GPU-accelerated startups, provides go-to-market support, expertise, and technology. There are more than 40,000 startups across industries in NVIDIA Inception, with significant growth in strategic government-related and power startups. You will work closely with the most innovative AI startups in Public Sector, Energy, & CAE to change, define, and transform the ecosystem. We are looking for an Inception Partner Manager for Public Sector tech, Energy, and CAE (computer-aided engineering) startups to build, drive and accelerate adoption of NVIDIA solutions. As an Inception Partner Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our startup ecosystem influence from recruiting to early adoption to technical adoption and go-to-market acceleration. What you’ll be doing:Engage with leading startups focusing on platform adoption, co-selling opportunities and go-to-market initiativesScout, identify, and recruit top Public Sector Tech, Energy, and CAE (computer-aided engineering) startups to join NVIDIA Inception programExpand the NVIDIA Inception program ecosystem by aligning with leading research labs, venture capital firms, government agencies, and industry software vendors (ISVs)Collaborate with developer relations managers and account managers to develop strategies and resources that provide full support for startups and execute go-to-market activations with cross-functional teamsReport on data-driven key business metrics to show impact on startup ecosystems Generate reports on relevant trends and perform market analysis What we need to see:BS/MS or equivalent experienceMinimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience such as startup accelerators and incubators, executive or management positions at startups or platform ecosystem developmentStrong knowledge of AI at the edge, including threat detection, physics simulation tools, and agentic systems for power generation and managementStrong understanding of Public Sector and Energy ecosystems focusing on AI startups.Can-do attitude and high energy with leadership and excellent interpersonal skills, and possess the ability to learn complex concepts in a fast-paced environmentStrong skills in organization, follow-up and follow-through, and oral and written communication, in person and virtually. Ways to stand out from the crowd:Background in a venture-backed startup or exitA deep network of connections into AI startups and VCs or equivalent experience focused on Military Industrial technology, power sectors, and computer-aided engineering (CAE), along with related fields.Direct military experience, work in or with the defense primes, in the energy sector, and/or relevant technologies is a plusBackground with deep learning and/or other AI technologies in simulation, robotics, autonomy, or energy control systemsComfortable using AI companion tools to enhance productivityNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers!
