The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing. Manage payroll and other accounting-related duties as assigned. Monitor and maintain organized financial records and documentation. Work closely with management to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and team members regarding financial matters. Qualifications Required: Previous bookkeeping and accounting experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Strong communication skills , both written and verbal. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency with accounting software (such as QuickBooks or similar) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
